Email Standards

• Business communications must be relevant to the recipient’s professional responsibilities or an existing business relationship.
• Messages must not contain deceptive subject lines, false claims, forged headers, or hidden sender information.
• Recipients must have a clear and simple way to decline further communication.
• Opt-out requests must be honored promptly.

Report a Concern or Opt Out

To stop receiving messages or report possible misuse of a Lexicon domain, reply to the message with “unsubscribe” or contact us at hello@lexicon-consulting.com. Reported violations will be investigated and stopped.
